Shipping & Refunds


For domestic orders within Singapore, please allow between 3-5 business days for your parcel to arrive. As we are a small team, we work hard to pack and ship out all orders in a timely fashion with our delivery partner. Thus, do note that orders placed over the weekend will only be attended to by our team starting from the following Monday. Thank you for your understanding.

We currently do not provide standard international shipping rates on our website, however if you are located outside of Singapore, do drop us an email at and we'll do our best to assist you. We are working hard to eventually expand our delivery destinations to reach all of you around the world.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept any refunds. Currently, a reimbursement will be made in the form of a replacement item or store credit. If you believe that you have received the wrong item(s), that your order is incomplete, or that any item(s) you received is defective, please contact us at with your order number so that we may assist you. 

Please note that any notice of an incorrect or incomplete order or defective item(s) should be notified to us within 7 days of the delivery of your order. We may ask you to provide us with such reasonable assistance as we may require, including providing photographs of the item(s). Although we carefully check each item before shipping, it is possible that we may have missed something. We will assess any defects on a case by case basis.
